When the people of Riyadh felt the importance of caring for orphans and their desire to have a charity that would care for them, a request was made to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz - when he was the Emir of Saudi Arabia. Riyadh region - with a request to establish an association, and His Majesty welcomed this idea. After preparing the bylaws of the association, it was submitted to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, which then submitted it to the Supreme Court, and royal approval was issued to establish the Charitable Society for the Care of Orphans in the Riyadh Region (Insan), headed by His Highness, the Emir of the Region Riyadh. It is registered with the Ministry under No. (166) on 28/8/1420 AH in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on Charitable Associations and Foundations and its executive regulations, and its bylaws were published in the newspaper Umm Al-Qura (Issue 3783) issued on 12/11/1420 AH.
