APRIMI (Asosiasi Praktisi Remunerasi Migas Indonesia) is a non-profit organization founded by several remuneration practitioners who are working for major oil and gas companies operated in Indonesia, back to 1983. The association previously known as an organizer for IICS (Indonesian Oil and Gas Industry Compensation Survey) for years, who conducts an annual salary survey with third-party consultant as survey administrator for its main program. Changing its name into APRIMI in 2011 with new vision and mission, the organization aims to have more varied programs including competency development for its members, the Indonesian oil and gas C&B and HR professionals.
