The Baniyas North development, located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is a large-scale housing project that includes the construction of approximately 3,586 villas across an area of 900 hectares. The project also involves significant infrastructure work, such as roads, streetscapes, and utilities, with a focus on delivering a modern residential community. Phase 2A and 2B of the development, carried out by Trojan General Contracting LLC, includes 1,365 villas (615 in Phase 1 and 750 in Phase 2), covering a total built-up area of approximately 895,267 sqm. The project is being developed by ALDAR Projects, with the completion expected in a span of 910 days​
