Cambodian Natural Gas Corp. Ltd. (CNGC) is a key player in Cambodia's emerging natural gas sector. It is tasked with the development of the country's LNG infrastructure, which includes building a large-scale LNG receiving terminal, establishing a gas pipeline network, and setting up urban LNG stations. The company’s long-term 15-year plan, split into three phases, aims to enhance natural gas accessibility across Cambodia by creating an extensive pipeline network spanning 2,825 kilometers and implementing LNG regasification stations. The project is critical to the country's energy diversification strategy, particularly as Cambodia seeks to reduce its reliance on coal and hydropower.
