The Down Syndrome Charitable Society 鈥淒SCA鈥� was founded on the initiative of families of children with Down Syndrome and a group of people interested in the field of rehabilitation and training of people with special needs and people with Down Syndrome, with the aim of providing various training programs and support for the whole family to care for their child with Down syndrome. Official registration was carried out by the Ministry of Social Affairs and became known as the Down Syndrome Charitable Society (DSCA) on 14/08/2002.
