The market, opened in 1966, is not only for professionals but also for ordinary customers. Over 75 stores cluster here providing seafood, meats, dry food and general goods as well as restaurants. The seafood corner with shops for fresh and dried fish or tuna specialty is busy by 7am. Some are sold out quickly and it is best to come early. Fresh produce, meats, Asian food, and other food ingredients are all there. It is so much fun even just to look around.
