Two young men from India met while serving Indian food in a restaurant in Berlin. Fate took her from Delhi, India to Berlin, Germany. It wasn't just India and Germany that connected them, but also many other things that they discovered in a brotherly way every day and in the future. One night, physically and mentally tired from work, they talked about all the thoughts that were floating around in their heads. The conversation was long, interesting, sad but also funny and very direct. They were well aware that they were very different, but nevertheless made a great team. They decided to work together on what would represent their personality, culture and vision of living and working. Delhi, the place of her birth, was usually the main topic of their conversations. They thought of bringing elements from Delhi to Berlin and offering traditional food with its cultural and social essence by opening a restaurant.
