Global Housing Development, Inc. (GHD) is a real estate investment and development firm located in Los Angeles, California. The firm was founded by Kaifa Tulay in January, 1990. GHD provides comprehensive development consulting in all aspects of multifamily housing, but specializes in affordable housing. With an emphasis on residential development, GHD鈥檚 basic philosophy is the creation of affordable, environmentally sound, well-designed and quality housing. We believe that by providing safe and secure housing we assist in the development of a built environment that offers improvements in neighborhoods and communities allowing them to become more hospitable. Global Capital Management, LLC (GC MGMT, LLC.) was founded back in 2012 under the guidance of CEO Mr. Kaifa Tulay who envisioned a full service property firm that could handle the overall supervision of the day to day operations of GHDI properties, including Fumbah Manor, Benton Green Apartments, Jefferson Square Apartments, and the Arlington Rodeo Apartments. His current dedicated staff includes Jessica Santos, Rasheed Tulay, and Lanie Santos who work tirelessly to ensure that all of the tenant鈥檚 immediate needs and concerns are met.
