Inn Wa, also known as Ava, was the capital of Myanmar from the 14th to 19th centuries. Located near the city of Mandalay, it was the seat of many Burmese kings during the Konbaung Dynasty. The remains of this ancient capital include impressive brick structures, monasteries, and pagodas, as well as a picturesque moat and ancient city walls. Some of the notable sites in Inn Wa include the Nanmyin Watch Tower, the Maha Aungmye Bonzan Monastery, and the Bargayar Monastery, known for its beautiful teak carvings.
