Medica 2005 Medical Center was founded by Prof. Plamen Tsvetanov in his hometown of Vidin. In 2005, the Vidin Branch clinic was opened to respond to increasing needs of specialized medical services in the region and to growing public expectations for better health outcomes. The farsighted ideas of Prof. Tsvetanov were embraced by an enthusiastic team of specialists who joined hands and opened in 2008 the Pleven Branch clinic Academica 2008 , specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system diseases.
