The name ‘Bridgebury’ came together as an idea from Owner / Principal Anthony Obee. Being from the U.K he spent much of his childhood in the village of ‘Bridge’ where Anthony’s grandparents still reside. ‘Bridge’ is a village located next to the old City of Canterbury, a place that most of Anthony’s family currently resides and where Anthony lived before moving to Australia. The name ‘Bridgebury’ is a hybrid of both places.
