Today, this facility is equipped with 158,880spindles and has a total production capacity of 48,236 MTPA. It also boasts the latest Vortex spinning technology with 960 MVS positions. PT Elegant Textile Industry is the world's largest producer of rayon spun yarn, contributing 10% of the global rayon spun yarn trade. It is the largest exporter of rayon and rayon-polyester spun yarn from Indonesia, commanding a market share of 30%. About 80% of its products are exported to customers in the US, Turkey, Korea, Japan, Italy, Greece, Spain, Brazil, Argentina, and other regions in Europe and the Asia-Pacific. Nearly half of its production caters to niche segments, such as high-quality fabrics for medical applications, car seat covers, upholstery, and fancy yarn production.
