The Headquarters, Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Perak is located on Jalan Koo Chong Kong, Ipoh, is the Headquarters for the Malaysian Ministry of Health for the State of Perak. All state administration and activities are managed by this official. Head Office, Perak State Health Department is chaired by the Director of State Health and has six (6) divisions consisting of Public Health Department, Medical Department, Dental Department, Pharmacy Division, Food Safety and Quality Division and Management Division. These divisions are supervised by Deputy Health Directors who are responsible to the State Health Director.
