After an industrial accident in 2004, resulting in the loss of my left hand and against the suggestion of collecting disability, I decided that I would pursue my dream of owning my own business. Trucking has always been a passion of mine. So, in August of 2007 my wife and I started RLC Star Services LLC. R – Ralph, L- Luana C- Colon Star – for the star in my wife’s eyes. We started with one truck and myself as the driver. Our Company is based on Customer Service. I believe the customer comes first and I treat them the way I would want to be treated. Within a year, the business had grown and we needed another truck. As we grow the one thing that will never change, Customer Service will always be our number one priority.
