Toroslar Construction and Investment company was founded by 4 partners in 2000 but as a building contractor Toroslar鈥檚 history goes back to 1985 as each partner had previously owned individual businesses in the construction sector. Combined together Toroslar with its partners has vast experience over the last 25 years in many varied sectors. However, in 2000 these four partners, H眉seyin 脰z莽elik, Hasan 脰zdemir, Numan Uslu and H眉seyin G眉lseren established the new company to cover substructure and construction contracts. Although Residential construction is now the main focus, Toroslar Construction has had many other significant projects to its name in Alanya鈥檚 town planning and constructional layout. Today thousands of square meters of red brick roads and pavements in the city centre and substructure and sewerage systems of the city are Toroslar鈥檚 work. Toroslar have also built many roads, bridges, sewerage systems, drinking water networks, rain water piping, parks and schools in many suburbs and towns. Toroslar construction company has been building residences in and around Alanya for European customers since the year 2002. As the demand for real estate properties from abroad has increased rapidly, Toroslar has developed many projects and subsequently become one of the leading companies in the market.
