The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) is located in Al Ain and holds the distinction of being the country's first and oldest university, founded in 1976 by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. As a public research institution, it was established to meet the growing need for skilled professionals across sectors such as engineering, law, business, and healthcare.
