Publisher Clich茅 was founded in March 2014. Under the name De Bezeten Bezitter, Ton Mackaaij has been present at various comic and collectors' fairs for over 15 years. The publisher was founded to bring the clich茅s that are still available from the Toonder studios back onto the market. The Toonder Studio's collection was started for this purpose and in 2014 5 volumes were published with an original clich茅 sunk into the back of the luxury editions. These can be found in the webshop. In August 2014, the publisher acquired Publisher Ton Paauw, specialized in Bommelprenten and related Toonder items. As a result, the publisher's fund increased tenfold in one go. This acquisition was festively celebrated on Sunday 16 November during Toonder Day. In November 2014, a special portfolio was published in collaboration with the Herg茅 Society on the occasion of the Clear Line Festival. A festival to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the society. In 2015, in addition to 2 new volumes in the Toonder Studio Collection series, figurines of Tom Poes and Heer Bommel were also developed and a special edition of Marten Toonder's school diary from 1931 was published. 2 beautiful portfolios were also published with facsimile covers of the Literary giant pockets of De Bezige Bij. In 2016, the book De tekentafel wiebelde een beetje and De Bommelparade were published. 2 figurines of synthetic resin of Heer Bommel and Tom Poes and a bronze statue of Heer Bommel were also published.
