Ecological Textiles Cluster consists of 22 leading companies located in Bursa, Turkey. With the clustering approach, is aimed that companies come together around common needs and goals creates cluster to provides competitive advantage. At analysis was conducted for each firm in cluster. Necessary trainings and consultings are provided with a focus on sustainability. 鈥淥verseas Marketing Activities鈥�, 鈥淏uyers Delegations鈥� and 鈥淰isits of Trade Fairs鈥� are planned for future and are supported within the scope of project carried out by UT陌B Uluda臒 Textile Exporters鈥� Association. A large part of Turkish yarn, fabric ,home textile and clothing exports are made by our members and the numbers are increasing every year. The aims of the project; In the short term, the textile industry, which is of great importance in the development of the Marmara Region, especially in Bursa, is directed towards ecological and sustainable production, which has gained importance rapidly in recent years and provides high returns by creating new trends. Increasing its compliance with global norms and ensuring compliance with standards applied by developed countries. In addition, to create qualified human resources and open new employment areas by switching to a production process that will require different technological infrastructures for manufacturing companies. In the long term, to reach the 2023 targets by improving the export volume by making Turkey a world brand in the field of textile.
