With Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Germany – having emerged from the mfi management für immobilien GmbH (mfi) – the Group operates 20 shopping centers, eight of them in their own portfolio. As a developer, manager and investor the company pursues a structured and continued growth of its shopping center portfolio and aims specifically at expanding its market presence in Germany. Since August 2015, the company is headquartered in the Airport City in Dusseldorf. With over 450 employees, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Germany covers the entire real estate value chain, from project development, construction services and leasing to long-term shopping center management, facility management and asset management as well as portfolio expansion.
