Uniper is also a global energy merchant and a leading European gas company with a diversified portfolio of long-term contracts, LNG, and market transactions amounting to roughly 200 TWh annually.We intend for our entire business to be carbon-neutral by 2040. We'll achieve this by exiting coal, expanding our portfolio of green and flexible power, and converting to greener gases. Part of the latter involves conducting projects that will help make zero- and low-carbon hydrogen a mainstay of tomorrow's energy supply.
