The DKI Jakarta Provincial Water Resources Service is an implementing element of the regional government which carries out tasks in the field of public works and spatial planning in the sub-affairs of the water resources sector, sub-affairs of the drinking water sector, sub-affairs of the waste water sector, sub-affairs of the drainage sector, and government affairs in the field of energy and mineral resources in the sub-affairs of the geology sector. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Water Resources Service is led by the Head of the Service who reports directly to the Governor through the Regional Secretary under the coordination of the Assistant for Development and Environment.
